A South African giving a Kiwi a referral could be the opening line of a joke LOL But to be very honest the start of the greatest friendship with my first Kiwi neighbor which has lasted 19 yrs since my arrival . Willy and his values encompass what I feel is being a Kiwi , Family first , great friendships and doing the right thing ( unfortunately not a fisherman or a hunter but cannot have everything )and am so glad he has moved into real estate as he has renovated a few homes since I’ve known him . Bought and sold more than enough of his own properties so know what’s required to sell a property and has used me to help with a few retaining walls required to enhance the landscaping but never helped him on his painting inside . When you looking for a person you can trust with a no bullshit attitude Willy is the guy , I would trust him to sell and advise me on one of the most important investments of your life , it won’t take 5min before you feel this way as he wears his heart on his sleeve and easy to read with no false fronts and a genuine person . Yes, lived in Auckland for a few years but I’ve got to know a few South Islanders in my time in NZ and would say he's more a South Islander and at home in Darfield .
